Managing The Assets of The Church: Management of Talent and Skills

In this webinar we turn to a unique and perhaps underappreciated asset – the Church’s workforce.

When we speak of the assets of the Church, we don’t think of the laity working for and with her as human capital, but at the end of the day, the Church’s biggest asset are the countless people who share their talents and skills and allow Her mission and legacy to carry on.

Join us as our experts share tips on how to manage this human capital, nurturing it so that it can grow, how to attract and retain talent and how HR ties in with the mission.
